Re-building Self-esteem after Breast Cancer
A free downloadable workbook
Our self-esteem is our overall sense of self worth; the value we place on ourselves as a person. It's essentially how you feel about yourself, including your abilities, your appearance, and your place in the world. And this can take a real knock after going through breast cancer. You can be left feeling very unsure about who you are, how you feel about life and your place in it. And inevitably, unsure about how others view us too.
Here's what I want you to know: rebuilding your self-esteem after cancer is possible, and you deserve to feel confident again. This isn't about "getting back to normal" – it's about embracing and loving who you are now.

⭐ Discovering our values after breast cancer: our values are what we want to stand for in life, how we want to behave, and what sort of person we want to be. Our values can change after cancer and learning to live in alignment with them can boost our self-esteem.
⭐ Recognising how we talk to ourselves: When our self -esteem is low, we can talk to ourselves in a way that is unkind or overly critical or harsh. Learn how to change this inner voice to one that is more kind, helpful and supportive.
⭐ Setting realistic expectations: Explore how to take the pressure off and set small, achievable goals or aspirations that will leave you feeling great about yourself.
